Please use a package up to max. 60 x 40 x 40 cm. The maximum weight per parcel is 30 kg and at least 10 items should be packed in one parcel. You can also send us several parcels - it is ideal if they are not overfilled and well sealed.
Number of items per parcel
The parcel must not weigh more than 31.5 kg. You should pack at least 10 items in your sales parcel. We recommend a maximum number of 50 items per parcel or €500 worth of goods. If you want to offer more than 50 items for sale, you can simply send another parcel and download another dispatch bill. This works in your sales overview in your user profile.
