If you have purchased an item from our concierge service, the delivery time within Germany is usually between 2-5 business days. For deliveries to other EU countries you should expect longer delivery times. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will find the tracking number within your account in My Orders, which you can use to track your package.
If your order has not been shipped after 2-5 business days, don't worry! In exceptional cases, due to an increased order volume, there may be delays in our concierge service. But we always do our best to send the shipments as soon as possible.
If you have ordered an item on the marketplace from a private seller, you can expect a delivery time of 3-7 business days within Germany. As soon as you have successfully purchased an item, you will find it under My Orders.
Here you can also contact the seller directly at any time and ask when the shipment will be sent. If you have paid for an insured shipment, you will see the shipment number directly after the shipment. If you do not receive an answer and the item is still not shipped after a few days, you can use the "Report problem" button My seller does not deliver in My Orders. We will then support you, contact your seller and set a final shipping deadline. If the shipment has not been sent even after the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled by us and you will of course receive the full purchase amount back to the original payment method.
