Composition of the shipping costs
When you place an order with Preloved, you can buy different categories of items. There are private sellers (marketplace items) who ship their items themselves and our concierge service where Preloved handles the shipping of the items.
- If you put several marketplace items of the same seller in the shopping bag (shopping cart), you will only be charged once for shipping. Please note that you have to buy the items within one order.
- If you put single marketplace items from different sellers into the shopping bag, you will be charged for shipping.
- If you buy in the Concierge Service, you will not be charged for shipping.
