This is annoying, but usually has a very banal and harmless reason! What you do not have to worry in any case, if you have completed a purchase through our platform: Lost money! Because at Prelved is valid: If the seller does not send any products, you will get 100% of your purchase price refunded.
Step 1 - Ask your seller:
If you still haven't received a shipping confirmation after a few days, first contact the seller directly and ask him/her. You can send a message directly via My Orders.
Step 2 - Report a problem:
If a seller does not get back to you, you can report it to us by clicking on the Report a Problem button. Here you will also find the appropriate problem message My seller does not deliver. You can find the button via My Orders. We will then set a final shipping deadline. If the seller does not meet the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled.
