Registering for the service: sellers who want to use the concierge service first register on Preloved and create a user account.

Free shipping of the items: After registering, you will find the menu item "My Concierge Service" under "My Sales Overview". Here you can download your free DHL shipping label. You can pack your sales package with your sorted items, print the shipping bill and stick it on the package and send the package.

Listing and selling: The Preloved team takes care of the professional photography, the creation of appealing product descriptions and lists the items on the platform. You will be informed as soon as the processing of your items is completed. If items are rejected, you will also be contacted by email and can decide between a return or donation. After a successful sale, the team will take care of shipping and then provide the proceeds after deducting a commission. The payout is available after 28 days after the buyer has received the goods.
