As soon as your seller sends the package on its way, you will receive a tracking code by e-mail and know where your item is at any time. This gives sellers and buyers transparency and security.
The status of the order is set automatically and can be viewed at any time via Orders. However, manual status changes are possible, for example, if your seller ships with a different label or the status is not transferred.
In these cases you can click the Item received button and rate directly, this way the seller will also be paid without any problems.
Please note that we receive the status from our shipping partners up to 6 hours late. Even if you already have the package in your hands, the status may still be not received. The status will be updated automatically. So please be patient in this case :)
