Once the order is completed, you can rate your seller in the My orders section:
- You can give only a positive, neutral or negative rating, or
- optionally write a comment or an explanation.
Of course we all want to be reliable, careful and fair. But if something goes wrong, you can reveal the black sheep to protect others. But please consider, before you give a bad rating, that most circumstances can be easily explained. Once a rating has been given, it cannot be deleted. So cool down, sleep on it, we all get confused sometimes. In principle, we want a nice, friendly atmosphere with us, netiquette should always be considered.
The "Rate" button is missing?
If a rating is not possible, it is because the system has not yet recognized the receipt of the item. You can click the "Item received" button in this case. Then you can rate directly.
Attention: A buyer can NOT be rated.
