Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that do not meet our criteria. By the way, you can find a detailed list of our acceptance criteria here.
Should we not accept your items, you will of course receive an email with the reasons for return.
We return all rejected items by default.
Please make sure that the shipping address in your profile is always up to date for the return of rejected items, as the items will be sent back to this address. The shipping fees* will be charged automatically via your user profile.
As long as your return has not been sent, you can request a refund through our customer service. Please send an email with the subject "recycling instead of return" to email@example.com. If you do not want your items back, they will be given to an organization that will donate suitable items and the remaining items will be recycled.
*The postage for returns is currently 4,99 € (to DE and AT).
