Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that do not meet our criteria. By the way, you can find a detailed list of our acceptance criteria here.
Should we not accept your items, you will of course receive an email with the reasons for return.
Option 1: We will return all rejected items to you.
Please make sure that the shipping address in your profile is always up to date for the return of rejected items, as the items will be sent back to this address. Shipping charges* will be automatically billed to your user profile.
Option 2: We donate your rejected items.
If you do not want your items back, you have 24 hours after receiving the information email to donate your rejected items. These donations will be given to an organization that will donate suitable items and the remaining items will be recycled. Currently, the rejected items are donated to needy people from Ukraine (as of March 2022).
If you wish to donate after 24 hours, this is unfortunately no longer possible for logistical reasons and your items will be returned to you. Please pay attention to the deadline.
*The postage for returns is currently 4,99 € (to DE and AT).
