If your buyer reports a problem within three days after receiving the parcel, you can communicate via our messenger and try to solve the problem yourself. If this is not possible, our support will of course assist you at any time.
If the item does not correspond to the product description, we will refund the payment to your buyer and he/she will send the item back to you. Therefore, you will not receive any payment for the cancelled sale, the commission is also cancelled here.
The return costs are of course also paid by the seller if the item is returned due to incorrect product description, trademark infringement or an unmentioned defect.
