How can I confirm the receipt of my order?

Confirm receipt of an order

For orders shipped with a tracking number, receipt of your order is usually confirmed automatically. However, for uninsured shipping methods, confirmation is necessary for your seller to receive her payment. Proceed as follows:

1. Click on the details of your order in the "My Orders" section.
2. Click the button "Confirm receipt".
3. Click on "Yes, I want to confirm receipt" and confirm the receipt.
