Defective products should be removed from your closet before selling. However, if you ever missed taking the item off the site before selling it, here's what you can do:
Agree on a discount:
You can contact your buyer via My Sales --> message. If it is a minor defect, a discount will be the best solution. Once you agree on a new fair price, please let us know so we can modify the price amount. The surplus amount will be returned to the buyer through our system.
Cancel the order:
If a discount is not an option or the defect is too significant, you can cancel the order yourself in the My Sales section - as long as you haven't downloaded the shipping label yet. If you are unable to cancel the sale yourself, contact support via our contact formula.
