If you have a question about an item that is not answered in the product description, you can contact the seller(s) in the marketplace directly through the Messenger.
This is not possible for concierge items, because the item-specific questions cannot be checked again for logistical reasons. In the concierge service, however, there are usually very detailed descriptions and, in addition, a right of return.
Contact seller in the app:
- Click on the product.
- Below the profile picture of the seller you will find the button Message.
- Click the button and ask your question. You can also negotiate a price directly by clicking the button next to it.
Contact seller via the website:
- Click on the product.
- Below the description, directly above the seller's profile picture, you can now click on the Write message button.
