1. Shipping within Germany:
Sellers who ship within Germany can decide for themselves at Prelved how they want to ship their items.
You have the choice between different shipping options:
Shipping by parcel (DPD or DHL) at 4,99 €
Shipping by small parcel (DHL) at 3,79 €
Shipping by maxi letter (German Post) at 2,70 €- Shipping by large letter (German Post) at 1,55 €
Other shipping service (seller's choice) or free of shipping costs
You can select the shipping option individually for each new item when you add it via the sales formula. You can find more information here.
2. Shipping within Austria:
Sellers who ship within Austria can choose between two shipping options:
- Shipping by parcel (via Post AT) at 5,49 €
- Shipping service provider of your choice or free of shipping costs

3. Shipping to or from abroad:
For shipping from Germany to foreign countries, we provide only shipping labels from DPD. This shipping label the buyer has already paid during the purchase process, you then only need to download it. If you do not know where to find a DPD parcel store near you, you can easily search for it here. Unfortunately, there is currently no alternative shipping option for shipping abroad.
Sellers from Austria can alternatively choose their own shipping service provider in addition to the insured prepaid shipping label of the Post AT:
- Shipping by parcel (via Post AT/DPD) for 5,49 € or 7,99€.
- Shipping service provider of your choice
