You can find the most important information about your purchase in the My Orders section. There you can contact the seller if you have any questions or report a problem.
Here is the usual order process:
- You have paid us directly at the time of purchase, including shipping.
- Your seller now has 3 business days to ship.
- Please confirm the receipt of the package when it reaches you. If the seller sends the package with tracking, our system will automatically recognize the receipt. Four days after confirming the receipt, the money will be released to the seller.
- If there is a problem with the item, be sure to report the problem via the Report Problem button within 3 days after receiving it, then the payout to the seller will be blocked!
