If a package can not be delivered because the delivery address was not correct, we can not pay for the second shipment.
Please clarify among yourselves the cost of the second shipment and contact us when the item has arrived. Then we will release the payment manually.
If you don't want this to happen again, or you need support, please report a problem using the Report a problem button. It is enough if one of you two reports the problem to us. We will then put the second person in CC so that everyone is informed about the further procedure.
