Please make sure when posting your items, which shipping method fits the size and weight of your item. This is your responsibility. How large and heavy a shipment may be depending on the shipping method, you can read here.
After publishing your item, you can change the shipping method at any time under My Products, but not after the sale. How you can change the shipping method of an available item, we explain here.
If your item has already been sold and cannot be shipped with the selected shipping method, please proceed as follows:
Large letter/maxi letter too small:
If you purchase or use a different shipping label than you originally selected and this results in additional costs, we cannot refund you. The reason for this is that you have already downloaded the shipping label that we provided you with. Please purchase your own shipping label and inform your buyer so that he/she can confirm receipt under My Orders once he/she has received the order.
DHL small parcel too small:
If you notice when purchasing the DHL small parcel label that you cannot ship your item in a small package, please purchase a suitable shipping label on your own. Afterwards, please contact Prelved support via live chat or contact formula. We will then manually refund you the amount of postage that your buyer has paid to us at the time of purchase (3,79€).
DHL parcel S too small:
If you notice that the parcel size S is too small when buying the DHL parcel label, please buy directly the next bigger DHL parcel size M (5,99€). Afterwards, contact our Prelved support via contact formula or live chat, so that they can refund you the additional costs in the form of a Prelved voucher.
We need the following information:
- Your username
- The order number of the sale (B-...)
- The shipping costs (photo/scan of the receipt)
DPD parcel too small:
Please contact our Prelved support directly so that they can adjust your DPD shipping label and change the weight information:
