Great that you have sorted out so many items!
After you have already requested a Concierge shipping label, the button Request new shipping label or Request additional shipping label appears. With this button you can easily download more shipping labels.
Can I use a Concierge shipping label twice?
No! Never! Please never duplicate a shipping label, you would never copy a stamp. If you use the shipping label twice, we cannot track the second package and can only hope that it arrives safely. A double use of the shipping label leads to big delays, problems and strained nerves. Therefore, please never do! :)
How can I request more shipping labels if I want to send multiple packages?
App:
- Selling < My Concierge Service.
- If you have already requested a label, you can download the same label again via Download shipping label. But for a new shipping label you have to click on the button New shipping label. Only then a new label will be created. (You can also always check the shipment numbers on the shipping labels, they are different if you did everything right).

For logistical reasons, each Concierge package is handled individually by our team. If you send us multiple packages, you may incur multiple costs for the return of unaccepted items. So it is best to send us several packages only if it is really necessary :) (e.g. value of goods over 500€, too many items for one box, etc.).
