Through our safe payment and shipping system you are protected from fraud, because if the seller does not deliver the item or the item does not match the description, we will cancel the purchase and you will get your money back.
Of course, this is only possible if you have reported a problem to us in time! If you have received the item, the problem report must be made within 3 days after receiving the item, so that the payout to the seller is blocked. To do this, go to the My Orders section and click the Report Problem button.
How can I recognize dubious sellers?
1) Look carefully at the closet and reviews.
2) Look carefully at the product description.
All sellers at Prelved agree to use our payment system. If someone names an alternative or only certain payment options in the product description, this disagrees with our terms and conditions. You are welcome to report such products to us.
3) Do not be tempted by unrealistic prices!
Branded goods that are surprisingly cheap should be treated with caution! Here are a few tips on what you can do:

4) Always pay exclusively through the Prelved system!
If a member asks you to pay directly to bank account xy, we can not protect you in case of non-delivery or delivery of defective items. If you want to report suspicious users, please use our report function or send a message with the username to our team.
