This status is only available for users who sell through our Concierge service.
The buyer of a Concierge item has a 14-day right of return after receiving the items. The return can be initiated within the first 72 hours after delivery. Within these 72 hours, the item will be at the buyer's home for fitting.
After 72 hours you will find the item in your regular sales overview. On the 15th day after delivery of the item you will be informed by us about the successfully completed sale and can request your payment.
