You have shipped something, but the shipment status does not update?
Depending on the shipping method, this can have various reasons.
Shipping via large letter, maxi letter, parcel or "own shipping"
With these shipping methods, our system cannot recognize that you have shipped. You have to mark the item as "shipped" yourself. This can be done in your sales overview.

Shipping as a package
A package is sent with a tracking number. Our system automatically recognizes that you have shipped. However, this does not happen in real time. It can take several hours until the package is automatically marked as "shipped".
If this does not work, we can manually update the shipping status for you. Please contact us with the order number (B-...) of your sale or report a problem. Please always wait one day before contacting us.
