You try to add your bank details to your user profile, but you get an error message?
This can have two reasons: Either you typed it wrong, or you already have an account at Prelved.
- Mistyped: Please check your bank details again. Please make sure that you have entered the IBAN and BIC correctly. Only then it will be accepted by our system.
- Multiple accounts at Prelved: Maybe you already registered with another email address at Prelved or eBay Komfort some time ago and forgot this account completely? For safety reasons, bank details can only be stored in one account with us. Please contact our support with information about your second account, so we can find a solution.
