In this post you will find all the information about our shipping system for buyers.
On our marketplace all users can buy from private sellers. The shipping system with different shipping options is available for users within Germany.
Orders to or from abroad will still be shipped with a shipping label from Prelved as an insured and trackable parcel.

1. How much is the shipping?
Sellers can decide for themselves how they want to ship their items.
You have the choice between these shipping options:
- Shipping by parcel (DPD or DHL) at 4,99 €
- Shipping by small parcel (DHL) at 3,79 €
- Shipping by maxi-letter (German Post) at 2,70 €
- Shipping by large letter (German Post) at 1,55 €
- Other shipping service (seller's choice) or free of shipping costs
You can see the amount of shipping costs before you buy. The postage is always displayed below the selling price or the button Suggest price:
After the seller has posted the parcel, she marks the parcel as shipped in her account. If she has shipped the package trackable, you can see the shipment details by clicking on the Tracking button in the Orders section.
You have to confirm the arrival of the parcel in your account when it reaches you. If you forget to do so, we will remind you after 7 days to confirm the receipt. If we do not hear from you after this reminder, we will release the payment to the seller after another 3 days.
2. Can I change the shipping method that the seller has chosen?
Surely the seller of an item you like does not mind to change the shipping method to your wish. To do this, simply contact her via our messenger before the purchase.
Once the purchase has been made, the shipping option can not be changed, because the postage costs vary depending on the shipping method.
Please note that in case of loss of the parcel during shipping, compensation can only be paid if the shipping method is insured (DHL/DPD parcel). If this is too uncertain for you, please ask your seller to ship insured. Detailed information on how to proceed in case of loss of a shipment you can find here.
3. What happens after the purchase? Can I track the shipment?
Your shipment can be tracked if it was sent as a parcel with a tracking number or by registered mail.
If it is important to you that the package has a tracking number, contact the sellers via our messenger before purchasing and ask them to ship insured.
You can see if your order has a tracking number by clicking the Tracking button in the My Orders section. Here you will also find the button Confirm receipt to indicate that the order has reached you.
