What shipping methods are available to me when I ship abroad?
If the delivery address of your buyer is abroad, you will always receive a shipping label from Prelved to send your sale. This shipping label has already been paid for when the order was placed. You can download the shipping label for free.
Insured shipping is only possible via DPD and via Post AT with a tracking number. You can find your nearest DPD store here. You can find the nearest Post AT store here. The package may weigh up to 31 kg and have a maximum size of 120 x 60 x 60cm.
Please note: As soon as a buyer from abroad orders, your deposited shipping method ( maxi letter, parcel or own shipping) will be replaced by the shipping option parcel and overwritten. You will then automatically receive our free shipping label.
What do I need to do after my item is purchased by a buyer abroad?
There are only a few steps necessary to ship your item and receive your payout for the sale.
1. Download the shipping label
You will be informed about your sale in your account and by e-mail. The shipping label is available for you to download. You will find the shipping label in your sales overview. In addition, we will send you the link to the shipping label by e-mail.
2. Send package
Your package must be shipped with our shipping label from DPD (shipping from Germany) or Post AT (shipping from Austria)*. You can find your nearest DPD store here. You can find your nearest Post AT store here.
Our system automatically accepts the shipment number that is written on your shipping label. The system automatically recognizes when your parcel is shipped and delivered. Please note: The system does not recognize this in real time. It can occasionally take a few hours until your package is marked as sent or received.
You and the buyer can track the current location of the package via the button Tracking.
3. Request payment
Due to the tracking system it is automatically recognized when your package has arrived at the buyer. Your payment will be released on the 4th day after delivery to the buyer, provided that the buyer has not reported any problems. If the buyer gives the item a positive rating immediately, you can request your payout the next day.
Request your payout via the Payout button in your sales overview. Of course you can also collect several payouts and request them together. It usually takes 2-5 business days until your payout is received in your bank account.
4. What happens in case of loss?
The package is insured against loss up to a value of 500,00 €. Since we have provided you with the shipping label, you don't have to worry about almost anything in case of loss.
Just inform us about the Report a problem button in your sales overview. Alternatively you can send us an e-mail with the order number (B-...) of your sale. We will check the case and initiate an investigation. If the package is indeed lost, you and the buyer will be compensated for the loss.
