Shipping time of your sales on the marketplace
Normally you should ship your posted marketplace items within 3 business days. We understand that sometimes unplanned events come up and result in a later shipment. Here we explain what you can do in such cases:
Contact your buyer
- Contact your buyer: If you anticipate a shipping delay, it is important to clarify this immediately with your buyer. To do this, go to "Your Sale Overview", click on the details of your sale and use the "Message" button to inform her.
- Automatic reminders: If your buyer:in agrees to receive the order later, you can safely ignore our automatic shipping reminders via email.
- Buyer's problem report: If your buyer:in is not understanding and has reported the problem "My seller does not deliver", then you have again received a shipping deadline from us via email. If you do not ship the order within this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled.
If you know in advance that you will not be available for some time, you can leave a vacation note in your profile. This way your items will still be online, but everyone will see that it will take you longer to ship them.
Activate a vacation note

Go to "My Wardrobe".

Click on "Edit" and select the date under "Vacation/Absence note".

Confirm with "Save".
