You should always ship your sale within 3 business days. Sometimes this does not work. Please contact your buyer in this case. You can do this in your sales overview with the button message.
If your buyer has no problem with a later shipping, this is of course fine for us and you can ignore our automatic shipping reminders.
If the buyer has not reported the problem My seller doesn't deliver, you should additionally inform the Prelved support that you have agreed on a later shipment. Otherwise, the sale will be automatically cancelled after the set shipping deadline.
Leave a vacation note in your profile:
If you know in advance that you will not be able to deliver in time for a sale, for example, because you are traveling, you can leave a vacation note in your closet. This is visible for other users in your closet. If a potential buyer nevertheless buys one of your items, she will also be informed that you can only ship later.
