Unfortunately, we sometimes have to decide to delete items.
We have the following criteria for this:
Not allowed are ...
- Copy or fake goods
- Men's fashion
- Children's fashion
- Beauty products (e.g. make-up, perfume, nail polish, ...)
- VIP-gifts and perfume gifts
- Costumes
- Technology (e.g. curling iron, hair dryer, ...)
- Self-made clothing sets (e.g. 3 T-shirts, 6 pants, ... for a package price)
- Masks
- Articles, which are not to be categorized in the fashion area
Our team regularly screens our site for unwanted or not allowed products. At the same time, many of our users help us by reporting items that are not allowed to be offered on Prelved.
If we have to delete one of your items, you will be informed by e-mail. We will also explain in this message why your item is not allowed to be offered at Prelved.
Your item was deleted, although it should be allowed according to our criteria?
Then please contact us. Even we are only human and can make a mistake. Articles that were accidentally deleted can be restored and published by us without any problems.
