Reporting errors in product descriptions
Nobody knows your products as well as you do. If you notice an error in the product description, you can help us perfect the presentation of your item.
- Submit an error message :Go to "My Products" in your sales overview and search for the product in question. Then click on the "Report an error" option.
- Choose reason:Y ou can choose between brand, category, size, color, condition, material or image quality as the error reporting reason.Other notes are welcome.
- Wait for processing: After you have reported the error, our team will take care of your request.We will inform you by email as soon as we have checked your error message.
