When can a product be published?
Your package can be published when it has passed through our four different processing stations:
Your package is on its way, you have sent it with our shipping label.
Your package has arrived at our logistics center.
The items have been checked for quality, descriptions have been defined & prices have been determined.
Your items have been photographed & brought to their place in our warehouse
The articles have their place in our warehouse & can now be published by you.
Our professional team will do their best to complete these steps as quickly as possible and with the utmost care. Before publishing you will be contacted by email and in your account and asked to check the prices and approve the publication.
Rejected articles will be sent back to you.
Why is a product not published, although the publication of the package has already been approved?
The goal of our concierge team is to complete all the items in your package at the same time. Sometimes, however, we are a little faster with individual articles or work steps. You will then be asked to approve the release before all the parts have been processed. As soon as all articles are completely edited, all products can go online.
Feel free to contact us if you have further questions about one of your products. Often our customer service can manually publish single items from your package before all items are fully processed.
