If you would like an item back sooner, please contact us via our contact formula or live chat so that we can remove the item from sale and return it to you. The return of Concierge products is not free of charge, so you will have to pay the shipping costs. We will then contact you with the appropriate payment information.
How do I initiate the return of an unsold item?

- The exact product name or a link to the item in your closet
- The current shipping address
Our support team will take the item offline and initiate the return.
