Returning unsold Concierge Service items
If submitted Concierge Service items do not sell after a certain period of time, we will contact you. We will then ask you if you would like to have the unsold items returned or if you would like to donate them. Early return of unsold items is also possible upon request.
Request early return of unsold items
- Make a request: Use our contact form to make a return request of your unsold items. Be sure to include your username and the product titles of the items you would like to return. Also, check the shipping address in your customer account under "My Account" as this will be used for the return
- Pay return shipping fees: You will receive a confirmation email once the items have been deactivated. Please note that there is a charge for returning Concierge Service items. You can pay the shipping fee in the confirmation email via a link.
- Track return package: You will receive a shipping confirmation from DHL once your return package has shipped. Please note that this may take some time due to logistical reasons.
