The customer service of Preloved
The customer service team will assist you with any concerns and will try to process your requests as quickly as possible. Currently there are three ways to contact our customer service:
- Contact form in our help center: We usually respond to inquiries via our contact form between 24 and 48 hours after you contact us. If you contact us on the weekend, it may take a little longer.
- Live-chat on our website: If you send a message via our live chat, we will respond in just a few seconds. The live chat is staffed depending on availability, you can find the live chat via the "chat icon" on our homepage and in our help section.
- Problem messages: If you have a concern about a specific order or sale, you can use the "Report a Problem" function directly in your sales overview or your order overview to contact our customer service.
