When you register, you will receive an email from us with a confirmation link so that we can activate your account. In order to register successfully, you need to enter a username and your email address and set a secure password. You also need to agree to our terms and conditions. Afterwards, you will usually receive a confirmation link from us via email to your registered email address.
I have proceeded as described above, but have not received an email. What now?
- Have you already looked in your spam folder in your e-mail inbox? Unfortunately, these e-mails often end up here.
- Did you enter the correct e-mail address? Sometimes small spelling mistakes, letter or number errors creep in. In this case you can edit the e-mail address here.
If no e-mail appears after 15 to 30 minutes and you cannot find the e-mail with these tips, it may have been caught by the spam filter of your e-mail provider.
In this case we ask you to request a confirmation link again. Afterwards, the e-mail should reach you within a few minutes. Please do not request the link several times in a row, otherwise a system malfunction may occur.
