If you can't remember your password, you can of course request a new password from us. You can do this on the website via https://www.maedchenflohmarkt.de/passwort-vergessen or in our apps via Login. Here you can click on Forgotten? and can easily request a new password using your email address.
I have already requested the new password, but I do not receive the email with the new password. What should I do?
Unfortunately, it can happen that your mail program misclassifies our mail and catches it through the spam filter. If you don't find an e-mail from us, please have a look in your spam folder.
If you do not find an e-mail from us after a few minutes, please request a new password as described above. When entering your e-mail address, please make sure that it is spelled correctly. Small errors often creep in here.
Everything entered correctly, but still no e-mail received? Then please write to us via the contact form so that we can check this more closely and clarify it with the IT department.
