Go to your user profile and click on the menu Selling / My sales overview to find all the information about your sale at a glance.
How do I get the delivery address of the buyer?
It's very simple! By clicking on the Send now button in your sales overview, you will be forwarded directly to your shipping label. There you can download the shipping label for free or buy it yourself, depending on which shipping method you have chosen when posting your item before the sale. The shipping address of your buyers will be automatically transmitted by us.
I have sold something. Why do I have to buy the shipping label?
I have already sent my sale, but it is not visible in the sales overview. Why?
Don't worry! Either you have not yet marked the item as shipped in your sales overview or the shipment history has not yet been synchronized correctly in real time. For the following shipping methods you have to mark the item as shipped:
Deutsche Post maxi letter, Deutsche Post large letter, DHL small package, own shipping: Click in the sales overview simply about the button send now < then on mark as shipped. The buyer knows that the order is on the way!
DHL package, DPD package: With these shipping methods you do not need to do anything! Here there is a shipment number, so that our system automatically recognizes the shipment and receipt. Please note that it is not always transmitted in real time. However, this is not a problem, your buyer has also received the tracking information from us :)

The buyer has already received the order. When will I get my payout?
As soon as the receipt of the order is confirmed, the three-day payout period starts. Within three days of receipt, buyers have the opportunity to report a problem with the order. A problem report will block the payout. We will then check if there is indeed a problem with the order and assist you if you cannot reach an agreement. If no problem was reported, the payout will be ready for you on the 4th day after receipt.
If your payout is not ready yet, either the receipt has not been confirmed, the package has not arrived yet or there is a problem report.
