To enter your shipping and billing address in your user profile, simply click on the menu item My Account.
You can then enter various personal details. In the My Addresses section you can change your shipping address and/or billing address at any time.
Change delivery address in an order
If you have already placed an order and need to change the address afterwards, please contact the seller directly so that she waits with the shipment. You can do this by clicking the message button in your order overview.
Afterwards you can use the report problem button in your order overview to inform our support that your address is wrong.
If you are lucky, the seller has not yet created the shipping label and you can change your shipping address directly yourself via the problem report. Otherwise, send us a message with the new shipping address via this problem report, so that we can support you and the seller.
