Instructions for publishing your articles on the marketplace
If you want to create and publish articles via our listing form, you should check the following points:
- Valid billing address: Make sure that you have a valid billing address stored in your user profile. Without this it is not possible to publish articles. You can do this in your user profile under "My account" in "My addresses".
- Saved but not published article: If you have posted an article, check whether your article is stored with "Status: Published". You can check this under "My products". If it says saved, you can use the "Publish Product" function to upload your saved product.
- Check publication: Is your product not displayed in our store when you search for it? Then you may have activated filters that do not apply to your item. Check if you have activated "My sizes" or other filters. Probably only you do not see your product.
