You can change the selected shipping method in your account in the My Products section. This option is available to all sellers who ship their items within Germany themselves.
Here you can find step-by-step instructions.
App (Android)
- Select Selling in the menu.
- Go to My available products.
- Tap on the product whose shipping method you want to change.
- A menu will open. Select Edit Product.
- Scroll down to the Shipping section. Here you will find the pink button Change shipping method.
- A menu will open. Select the preferred shipping method. This will automatically be added to the sales formula.
- Tap on the button Publish product. Your item is now online with the changed shipping method.
App (IOS)
- Select Selling in the menu.
- Click on the three dots to the right of the product for which you want to change the shipping method.
- A menu will open. Select Edit Product.
- Scroll down to the Shipping section and click on it.
- A menu will open. Select the preferred shipping method. This will automatically be added to the sales formula.
- Tap on the button Publish product. Your item is now online with the changed shipping method.
Website
- Move your mouse over the user icon to the right of the Prelved logo at the very top of the website.
- A menu will open. Select My Products.
- Click on the button Edit Product at the item you want to edit. You will find it on the right side below the button Push product.
- Scroll down to the Shipping & Payment section and click on the pink Change shipping method button.
- Select the preferred shipping method and click on save change. Your item is now online with the changed shipping method.
Please note:
You can only change the shipping method if the item is not yet sold! After the sale, a change is no longer possible, because different prices apply for the different shipping methods.
If your item was bought by a buyer from abroad, it will always be shipped with the shipping method parcel - no matter which shipping method you have set. In this case we will provide you with a shipping label from DPD (shipping from Germany) or Post AT (shipping from Austria), which the buyer has paid when ordering.
