If you want to return a Concierge Service order, but there are problems, check the following points:
- Concierge Service Order: Are the items you want to return really from Concierge Service? Check this in your order summary. The "Initiate Return" feature is only available for Concierge Service items.
- Receipt of confirmation: Check in your order overview if your order contains the status "Product received". If not, press here on "Product received". Only then is the initiation of a return available.
- Return policy: Check if you are still within the 100 days return policy. You can only initiate the return within this period.
- Delivery address in Germany: Check your delivery address. The free return is only possible within Germany. In case of a return from abroad, we can only cover the shipping costs if the item demonstrably does not correspond to the product description. In this case, please report the return request via "Report problem" function under My orders.
