If your package cannot be delivered, for example, because you were not available at the given address, it is usually returned to us.
Sometimes, however, the package is also delivered to a post office or Packstation. You can check this in the tracking history. In this case you should find a notification of the post office in your mailbox.
If the package was returned to us, we would like to send you the item again. If this is also your wish, please let us know your correct address again. Possibly the error has crept in here.
It is best to report a problem in the orders section or send us an email to support@maedchenflohmarkt.de with your order number. Afterwards we will inform our shipping department and they will try to resend your package as soon as possible.
If you do not want your package to be resent, please let us know so that we can cancel your purchase.
