Removing the Facebook Login Option
If you registered with us via Facebook, you normally log in to your account using your Facebook login credentials.
If you would prefer to log in directly with your email address and password in the future, we will be happy to assist you.
Removing the Facebook Connection
For security reasons, the connection between your account and Facebook can only be deactivated by our support team.
Please send us a short email with your request to remove the Facebook login option, and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.
New Login Details
Once the Facebook connection has been removed, you will receive an email from us containing:
your username
a newly generated password
You can then use these login details to access your account directly through our website — without using Facebook.
