There is no listing fee for the sale and no shipping costs for sending the parcel. We take care of the entire sales process - from acceptance and presentation to processing the purchases.For our service, we keep 40% commission on successful sales of items up to €50 (you receive 60% of the sale price) and 30% commission on items over €50 (you receive 70% of the sale price). For very low-priced items (under €23.20), the minimum commission of €13.90 is charged - transparent and fair.
This regulation helps us to be able to accept cheaper items that are less sustainable. You bear the return costs for rejected or unsold items. However, you can also release unsold or rejected items for recycling free of charge.
Special note on minimum commission:
If items are sold for less than €13.90, no amount can be paid out as even the minimum commission has not been reached. The processing costs (quality control of the items, storage costs, shipping, customer service, etc.) are covered by this, which is why the minimum commission is set at this amount.
