Our Concierge Service takes over the sale of your discarded clothing for you. There are certain acceptance criteria for the Concierge Service. You should consider the following when sending in your discarded clothing:
Which items are best qualified for concierge service?
- Items with brand and size labels: Make sure that your discarded items have a brand and size label. This is the only way we can accurately describe the items.
- Current, fashionable and high quality items: Old fashioned items are often difficult to sell. Buyers side are looking for current trends and excellent quality. Of course, there are also vintage designer items of high quality, they are in great demand among buyer:ins.
- Clean, washed items in good or near mint condition: Please check your items carefully before sending them. Holes, stains or similar defects may result in rejection of the item.

Authentic products: We only accept original merchandise from well-known brands. All items must be authentic, at best with verifiable origin to exclude counterfeiting.
Focus on women's clothing: Our offer is focused on women's fashion. Please do not submit children's or men's clothing. -
No promotional items: Items submitted for sale should be regular products originally intended for retail sale, not promotional items or special gift items.
No Cosmetic Products: We do not accept cosmetic or personal care products. -
Working Watches: All watches submitted should be fully functional with a working battery.
