Step-by-Step Guide for the Concierge Service:

- Create a customer account and download a prepaid DHL shipping label.
- Pack your sorted clothing into a box: You pack a box and send it to the logistics center. The maximum dimensions for a box are 120 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm, and it must weigh no more than 31.5 kg. You can use our free shipping label for this.
- Your items will be checked and listed by the Concierge Service experts.
- Sale and shipping of your items: You will be notified by email once a sale is completed.
- Receive the sale proceeds minus the commission: After a successful sale, a 30% commission will be deducted from the sale price if it exceeds €50. If the sale price is below €50, a 40% commission applies, with a minimum fee of €13.90. The €13.90 is the minimum commission. You can request the payout in your user profile under "My Sales Overview."
