Processing time for the return of an order
- Once you've sent your return, we need up to 14 business days to review and cancel your order. If you have returned an order directly to a professional seller*, we will need confirmation from the seller that they have received the return. The seller will then process the cancellation independently, and we will notify you by email once it’s completed.
- The refund time from cancellation depends on your payment method. In case of PayPal payment method the refund usually takes 24 hours, in case of Sofortüberweisung the refund can take up to 4 business days.
