As soon as you have decided to return the rejected items and you have paid the return shipping fee, your return will be processed by our logistics department. The items will be properly packed and prepared for dispatch in one or more parcels (depending on whether you have sent one or more parcels).
Procedure for returning rejected items
After your parcel has been checked and items have been rejected, you will receive an email informing you of the reasons for rejection. Here you have 7 days to deposit the return and pay the postage fee via the link in the email.
As soon as we have received the payment, we will send your items to you in an insured DHL parcel. The delivery time is usually between 7-14 working days. You will of course be informed by e-mail as soon as the parcel is in the post.
Please note that the shipping time may vary depending on the volume of parcels in logistics.
