How can I use a voucher?

Occasionally there are coupon promotions where you can get discounts on items. There are personal coupons and general coupon promotions.

Instructions for redeeming a voucher

1. Add your item to the shopping bag (cart).
2. Click on "Checkout".
3. Below your delivery address you can redeem your voucher under "Enter voucher code".
4. Your reduced price will be displayed, you select your payment method and complete the purchase.

Troubleshooting for not accepted vouchers

If your voucher is not accepted, please check the following:

• Validity: Is the voucher already expired? Check the expiration date.
  Item restriction: Is the voucher not valid for one or more items in your order? Often there are coupons that only apply to our Concierge Service items. If there is no "Concierge" notice on your product, it is a marketplace item.
• One-time use: Have you possibly used the coupon before? Each coupon code is valid only once
• Incorrect spelling: Might there have been a spelling mistake? Check the exact spelling of your voucher code.
