Charged costs in your invoices
When you use our concierge service as a sales service, some items may not meet our acceptance criteria. When these items are returned to you, there will be a cost that will be applied to your payouts. Here we explain how you can check the costs charged:
- Click on "Past Payouts" under "My Sales Summary" in your customer account to view all statements for past sales.
- Check your most recent statements. If a statement is listed as "Returns: Cleared," your proceeds have been offset by shipping charges from a past return package. These charges occur when items you sent to Concierge Service for sale are rejected and returned to you.

- Please note that you will be charged a return fee of €4.90 per return package. For example, if you sent us 4 Concierge Service packages for sale and we had to reject at least one item from each package, 4 return packages will be sent and shipping fees will be charged accordingly 4 times.
