Failure to return your Concierge Service order with our designated shipping label may cause problems and delays in processing your return.
- Check the tracking number: Check the tracking number of your return. If you sent the package to the office address where only letters are accepted, the package will be returned to you.
- Contact our customer service: Report a problem in your order overview "something else" and describe the problem. Be sure to tell our customer service the address to which you sent the return of your order, so that we can help you.
