Possible causes and solutions
1. Typing error in the bank data
- Check your IBAN: Make sure that you have entered your International Bank Account Number (IBAN) correctly. Pay special attention to the capitalization and the correct order of letters and numbers.
- Check your BIC: The Bank Identifier Code (BIC) must also be entered correctly. This is sometimes referred to as the SWIFT code and uniquely identifies your bank.
- Compare the data with a bank statement: It often helps to compare the data entered with the information on one of your bank statements.
2. Double registration at Preloved
You may have registered another account with Mädchenflohmarkt. This can lead to conflicts, because for security reasons bank data can only be deposited once with us.
- Search for other accounts: Do you perhaps have an old account with a different email address that you have forgotten? This could be the reason why you can't add your bank data. Delete your bank data from your old account if possible.
- Contact our support: If you don't have a second account with us and still can't add your bank details, we need information from you to help you. In this case, please contact our customer service via the contact form and tell us your bank details so that we can enter your bank details into your customer account for you.
