You can request the return of your submitted items if they have not been sold or utilized.
Return of Unsold Items
If submitted items do not sell after a certain period (about 9 months), we will reach out to you. We will ask if you would like the unsold items returned or if you prefer them to be utilized. You can request an early return of unsold items at any time.
Step-by-Step Guide for early Return of Unsold Items:
- Make a Request: Use our contact form to request the return of your unsold items. Be sure to include your username and the product titles of the items you want returned. Also, check your shipping address in your account under "My Account," as this will be used for the return.
- Pay Return Fees: You will receive a confirmation email once the items are deactivated. Please note that returning Concierge Service items incurs a fee. You can pay the shipping costs through a link in the confirmation email.
- Track Your Return Package: You will receive a shipping confirmation from DHL once your return package has been sent. Please be aware that this may take some time due to logistical reasons.
