Missing confirmation of the order
Sometimes it happens that after completing an order, it is not confirmed as expected or items remain in the shopping bag. Here are the steps you should take to solve the problem:
Step 1: Check order status
- Go to "My Orders" in your account.
- Check if the recent order is listed. If it is, it was successfully completed.
Step 2: Check payment status
- Check the status of your payment depending on the payment method you used (e.g., PayPal, Sofortüberweisung).
- If you do not see a debit or receive an error message, the payment may have been interrupted and not received by us. In this case you should try to complete the order again.
- If the payment was successfully debited from your account, but the order is not displayed in your Mädchenflohmarkt account, this indicates an error in the system.
Step 3: Contact customer service
- In cases where a payment was successful but the order is not visible in your account, we ask you to contact our customer service. Please use the contact form to inform us about the problem. We will review the situation and usually we can track and confirm the order internally.
